We set the stage from day one with your residents by completing a thorough walk through and outlining what they are responsible for. We triage all incoming maintenance requests to determine if it is in fact something the resident is able to safely resolve, thereby saving you money on unnecessary service calls.
When an in person visit is needed, we approach it two ways. For smaller day to day jobs, we utilize our in-house maintenance staff that can quickly and affordably resolve most issues. For larger issues such as roofing, AC or those jobs that require a specific license, we use our reliable vendor network. These vendors have been vetted and provide us with reduced pricing thereby saving you money. For investors that prefer their own vendors, we are happy to help coordinate the repairs.
